Our hosting style is very easy going, we want the guest relax, enjoy and treat our home as your own. We are all super friendly, cheerful and eager to help our guests stay as enjoyable and possible. Mostly of the time I work from home, so I am always there when the guest need me.
Happy to advise/cook and guide guests as required.
- If guests request, we'd love to provide cooked lunch, dinner (with a minimum charge).
- If guests request, we'd love to provide airport pick up and drop off service, transportation to beaches, supermarket, Auckland CBD, etc (with a minimum charge). Just ask for any transportation requirement.
- We can also organise day trips, road trips, winery tour and other activities for guest(s).

Electrical appliances
For safety and environmental concern, please turn off all electrical appliances in the house when you leave the house. For example: heater, electric blanket, light and toilet fan. Please ensure electric blanket is OFF after getting up.
Kitchen and dinning room
Cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle are all for the guests to use. We have also prepared fry pan, dishes, bowls, tableware, oil and seasoning for you to use in the drawers. After using, please wash your own dishes and tidy up the kitchen. Please only use dishwasher when it is full for environmental concern. Thanks.
Breakfast
We provide a variety of bread, jam, bread spread, and cereals for breakfast. Fruit, milk and juice are in the fridge free for the guests. Also a great range of tea and coffee free for all the guests.
Bathroom and Toilet
If you’ve booked the shared bathroom room(s), please keep it clean after use and don’t leave your personal belongings in the bathroom after using them.
Towel
Please do not use the towel for makeup remove. We have prepared makeup remover, cotton pad and facial tissue for you in all the bathrooms. Leave the dirty towel on the bathroom floor and we will replace for you.
Keys
Each bedroom has it own room key. Please leave the key on your room door when you check out. If key(s) lost, you will be charged 100 NZD per key.
Noise control
You will be charged 100 NZD per person if we receive noise complaint from our neighbours or police officer.
Laundry
Open hours 12noon to 8pm

- No heavy drinking allowed in the property
- No smoking inside the property, can smoke on the deck
- No pet allowed in the property
- No party allowed in the property
- Keep the property quiet after 10pm
