   FREE Cancellation 30 days before check-in date. Cancellation received within 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur 50% charge of the total accommodation fee.
   
   *If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent after the cancellation occurs are refunded, no matter how many nights of the original reservation.

Checking in between 2.00pm and 9.00pm, checking out before 11.00am. No pets, no smoking. All children are welcome. One child under 6 years is charged NZD 20 per night when using existing beds. All children under 12 years are charged NZD 30 per night for extra beds. All further older children or adults are charged NZD 50 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2. Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
