Easytour Cancellation Policies

 

l   Flexible

Flexible: FREE Cancellation 48 hours before check-in date. Cancellation received within 48 hours prior to the check-in date will incur 50% charge of the total accommodation fee.

 

l   Moderate

Moderate: FREE Cancellation 7 days before check-in date. Cancellation received within 7 days prior to the check-in date will incur 50% charge of the total accommodation fee.


l   Strick

Strict: FREE Cancellation 30 days before check-in date. Cancellation received within 30 days prior to the check-in date will incur 50% charge of the total accommodation fee.



*If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent after the cancellation occurs are refunded, no matter how many nights of the original reservation.

 


Clarification:

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.

If guest cancels after they’ve already checked in, they are required to leave the space of the property as soon as they cancel.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Easytour within 24 hours of check-in.

Easytour will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Easytour for any other reason permitted under the Terms and Conditions. Please review these exceptions.

Any bank charging for the transactions of refund will be charged to the guest.
